El Boletín Oficial de Canarias (BOC) ha publicado, en su número de hoy viernes 22 de julio, una resolución de la Agencia de Protección del Medio Urbano y Natural (APMUN) mediante la que se insta a «restaurar el orden jurídico infringido y a reponer la realidad física alterada» respecto a las obras realizadas en un chalé en la zona La Bufona -Arrecife-, propiedad de la presidenta del Partido Popular de Lanzarote, vicepresidenta del Cabildo y parlamentaria autonómica Ástrid Pérez Batista.
La infracción se produjo en las obras «de acondicionamiento» llevadas a cabo en dicha parcela, consistentes en «muros, piscina de unos 31 metros, edificación adosada a lindero de unos 55 m2 y ampliación de la vivienda en unos 11,50 m2 y pavimentación de patio trasero en unos 43 m2».
Todas esas obas se llevaron a cabo «invadiendo Suelo Rústico de Protección (C1) y de Valor Natural Ecológico (C12), en un fondo de 18 metros de ancho por el largo de la parcela en su lindero norte, sin contar con las autorizaciones pertinentes», según publica el BOC.
Señala igualmente la resolución de la APMUN que la edificación se haya «en el lugar conocido como «La Bufona», calle Chubasquillo o Chabusquillo-, nº 26, del término municipal de Arrecife», y que «la restitución de la realidad física alterada» de manera irregular conllevará «la demolición de las obras antes citadas«.
La resolución de la APMUN informa a los propietarios de la vivienda de que disponen de 15 días para efectuar las correspondientes alegaciones en la sede de dicha Agencia, en Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
