La policía detiene a uno de los ciudadanos que denunciaron al agente que sacó su pistola en Arrecife

Este sábado ha sido detenido por parte de la Policía Nacional uno de los manifestantes prosaharauis que se vio inmiscuido en el altercado en el que un agente del cuerpo español de policía desenfundó su arma reglamentaria en pleno centro de Arrecife en el transcurso de una concentración en favor de la causa saharaui.

Se da la circunstancia de que el detenido, que permaneció toda la noche del sábado en el calabozo de la comisaría de Arrecife, es una de las personas que decidió denunciar el insólito incidente ante el juzgado número 2 de Arrecife en la mañana de este mismo sábado, además de comunicar lo sucedido a varias personas, llegando la noticia a diferentes medios digitales y redes sociales.

La detención de José M. B. se produjo este sábado en torno a las 19.30 en la calle José Antonio Primo de Rivera de Arrecife por parte de un individuo de paisano que se identificó como agente del Cuerpo Nacional de Policía mientras el detenido regresaba de una concetración convocada por la plataforma Democracia Real Ya en la playa del Reducto de la capital insular. Tras comprobar su identidad José M. fue detenido y conducido hasta el Centro de Salud de Valterra donde se le hizo un reconocimiento médico.

A primera hora de la noche del sábado, tras visitar el ambulatorio, habría sido conducido a la Comisaría de la Policía Nacional de Arrecife, donde permaneció detenido en el calabozo hasta aproximadamente las 10.00 de la mañana de este domingo. Entonces fue llevado hacia el mismo Juzgado de instrucción número 2 de Arrecife en el que la mañana antes había presentado su denuncia, auqnue en esta ocasión lo hacía en calidad de denunciado ante el magistrado Leandro Martínez.

Según las fuentes consultadas, entre las testificales se encontraría la del agente secreto que el viernes sacó su arma en las inmediaciones de la Calle Real.

Según esas mismas fuentes a José M.B. se le acusa de atentado a la autoridad y desorden público sin conocerse aun si la denuncia ha partido del policía que desempuñó el arma en el centro de Arrecife o de otras instancias.

José M.B. había presentado en la mañana del sábado una denuncia por los altercados en el centro de Arrecife del viernes, a la que ha tenido acceso este medio. En ella figura que el individuo luego identificado como policía «pretendió arrebatarle su cámara de fotos» ante lo cual el José M.B. reaccionó iniciándose un forcejeo. Varios miembros del colectivo saharaui recriminaron su actitud iniciándose una trifulca verbal tras lo cual «esta persona -en relación al policía- sacó un arma de fuego y apuntó a varias personas diciendo que él era policía«.

Desde su entorno, en declaraciones a este medio, aseguran que «se está intentando ocultar el hecho realmente grave, el altercado con el arma protagonizado por la policía actuando indiscriminadamente contra quien lo ha denunciado».

Destacan estas fuentes que el ahora detenido «no fue amonestado en el momento del incidente a pesar de personarse en el lugar de los hechos efectivos de la Policía local», que terminaron escoltando al policía secreto. Por ello sospechan de las verdaderas intenciones de esta detención contra el denunciante y afirman que «en vez de actuar contra quien esgrimió una pistola en una concentración pacífica lo hacen contra quien denuncia».

Sin duda que esto preocupa a los saharauis y sus familiares que siguen viviendo en las zonas ocupadas del Sàhara Occidental. Por èsto la actitud con el supuesto policìa (espìa, agente marroquì). Y la postura del gobierno de Zapatero y sus ministros con la cuestiòn del Sàhara Occidental, que pasaròn de apoyar a la legalidad internacional, al otro extremo de querer hundir al pueblo saharaui en las mazmorras alauitas. Y al final recordar que todos los miembros que participaròn en la manifestaciòn, eran del Espacio Sahara Lanzarote, o simpatizantes de la causa Saharaui.
